“Fall” in Love With Autumn in Brevard/Transylvania County

Many view fall in the Blue Ridge Mountains as the best time to “recharge” their soul or spend an extended weekend with family.  As the colors of fall foliage drift lazily to the ground, our mountain community of Brevard/Transylvania County is alive with Autumn’s enchantment.

From a brisk morning hike in Pisgah National Forest to outstanding concerts at the Paul Porter Center for Performing Arts, Autumn is alive in Transylvania County with the best opportunities in Western North Carolina.  In the evenings, rekindle some romance in front of a fire and listen to the katydids fill the clean autumn night air with the sound of serenity.  Or, spend a holiday with us and remember how fun Halloween can be when neighbors put on a parade.

Brevard/Transylvania County, NC is Mother Nature’s canvas for the colors of fall, and so much more.  Transylvania County is listed among the best places to enjoy the hues of red, yellow, burgundy, and orange leaves along curving mountain roads, winding hiking trails, or one of our many golf courses.  Combine our scenic vistas with our cultural and social gentility, and you’ll experience Autumn as never before.
